Rules -Summary
What You Do:
Pick 5 golfers for each week's professional golf tournament and a golfer of your choice to win the tournament.
Scoring System
Points are awarded based on how much money each selected golfer wins in each tournament.

Standard league is a weekly contest for each event throughout the season
Prize Money
Cash prizes are awarded to the top finisher for playing in member events each week. Free event does not pay a cash prize.
Time Commitment
About 5-10 minutes before every Wednesday night to make your selections. Tournament submission forms are available between Sunday, 12:00 AM EST and Thursday, 6:00 AM EST (adjusted as needed for non US venues).

Rules -Detailed
The goal of the challenge is to accrue the most earnings by selecting 5 golfers to compete for you. Each week you will select 5 golfers and an additional player of your choice as the projected tournament winner (used for tie breakers). You are allowed before each tournament, as outlined below; to make golfer substitutions. The total winnings accrued by the 5 golfers in your lineup at the END of each tournament will determine the weekly winner. In the case of a tie, the contestant that selected the highest placed tie breaker is the winner. If a tie still remains, prizes are split amongst the winners.
Scoring System
There is no restriction on the number of times you may select a golfer during the season. If you choose to select the same 5 golfers each week of the season that is your decision.
You must submit your 5 golfers through the website prior to first round play beginning each Thursday. The weekly lineup page will display the cutoff time for each tournament, generally Thursday, 6:00 AM EST. Upon submitting your lineup, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your starting lineup.
Each golfer you submit for your lineup will earn you the winnings he is awarded (if he makes the cut and wins any money). You are allowed to substitute as many, or all, of your selections before the form expires at 6:00 AM EST. You are restricted to one submission, per user, per week. You are not resticted from multiple registrations. If you choose to enter more than once per tournament you are required to register with a new user name. Our system allows using the same email address for multiple registrants but not the same user name. Each user is assessed an entry fee.
The website tracks all user lineups selected each week. However, you are SOLELY responsible for ensuring that your selected golfers are playing in each week's tournament as all 125+ PGA players are selectable each week. In the rare case you wish to start a golfer not listed in the form, e-mail the commissioner so he can add the golfer to the list. If there is not enough time prior to a deadline, choose any other golfer as a proxy and send an e-mail to the commissioner notifying him of your intentions. The commissioner is able to adjust your lineup after the fact.
Lineup entry deadlines will be adjusted as needed to accommodate venues, weather delays or tournament postponements. Always check the website for any updates.
In the rare case a golfer is started and withdraws prior to teeing off or NEVER plays in the tournament, he will still count as part of your lineup, (you made a bad selection, sorry for your luck!). Once the submission form expires there are no substitutions allowed. You own the lineup, end of story.
Season Duration
The 2010 season consists of 37 tournaments plus the fall season.
Prize Money
The session cash prizes are awarded to top performer and determined by number of entrants. More entrants equals larger prizes. Payout is 100% of entry fees collected.

Entry Fee
An entry fee MUST be paid in full prior to the start of the tournament. You must pay via PayPal which also accepts major credit cards if you don't have a PayPal account.
